Rumi is built so you can look for a home with confidence. A few things to know.
Your privacy comes first
We only ever show your neighborhood/area, never your exact address. Photos are optional, private by default, and shared only after you connect and you both agree.
Connections stay on-platform
Messaging happens inside Rumi so you stay in control. Share your contact details only when you are ready, and only mutually.
Report anything off
Every profile and conversation has a report option. Tell us about harassment, scams, fake profiles, or anything inappropriate, and a human reviews it.
Block to cut contact
Blocking makes you and the other person invisible to each other and stops all messages. It takes effect immediately.
Meeting in person. We do not verify or vet members. When you meet someone, choose a public place, tell a friend where you are going, and trust your instincts.
